My Clinic Setup


Guide on how to setup My Clinic page from the Optical Order Tracker dashboard. Here you will customize the look and feel of your tracking page and upload clinic logo. Additionally, you will setup the core functionality of eyewear order lookup, contact lens order lookup (optional), custom order notes, clinic address and pickup time.

Account Management


Edit account settings (email, contact name, phone number) and subscription terms.

Integration Settings


A deep dive on how to map clinic order status, from CrystalPM, to Optical Order Tracker status. After establishing default settings, every time staff updates an order status on CrystalPM, it will update in real-time on the tracking page that's viewable to the patient.

Special Characters in Patient Name


Navigating the workaround for patient's with special characters in their first or last name (for ex., Mary-Beth, O'brien, etc). Currently, special characters are not allowed in order look-up, to preserve safety of data in CrystalPM.

Calendar Integration


Add-on feature to create a calendar for eyewear order pick-up. Embed calendar directly to tracking page, so patient can schedule an appointment when order is ready-for-pickup.
